Group Training Programs
Tennis Performance Training: Professional athletes don’t become the best by just playing their sport, they train. If your tennis game has become stagnant – try our sports performance training and ACE your opponent!
Nutrition Counseling and Workshops: For those who are looking to maintain optimal health and learn nutrition basics in a fun informative environment, we have our FREE Eat More-Weigh Less Workshops – offered twice a month. You’ll learn how to eat to live and stop living to eat!
1-on-1 Training: Want to take your workout to the next level? Try working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer. Our certified personal
trainers can help you meet your health and fitness goals and teach you the best way to make exercise a part of your daily life.
Mom’s Fit Club: Friends, fun and fitness – designed by mom’s for mom’s – this innovative program takes a holistic approach to getting you fit for life. The best way to enjoy your family and your life is to be healthy and keep up with them! Designed by Lauren Milner, MS, CPT-NASM, Pregnancy / Post-Partum Fitness Specialist. Taught by Stephanie Payne.
Group Personal Training: Want motivation, a varied workout and the energy that only a group of people can give you? Group training is for you! Options include TRX, Intensity Camp, Kettlebells and Mom’s Fit Club. We are always adding new specialized classes, so check back often!
