Struggling with relaxation, stress relief and balance? Finding true happy and healthy living can be difficult with demanding schedules and commitments. So we’ve partnered up with the Art of Living Foundation to offer FREE stress management workshops for MTVAC members!
How do you achieve stress-free, happy, healthy living?
Come find out in a fun-filled, interactive and informative workshop led by The Art of Living Foundation and held right here at MTVAC! Within each of us lies vast, untapped possibilities just waiting to be discovered. Through the medium of breath, this potential is set free and you can gain a greater vision of who you are.
During the introductory workshop, you’ll get a taste of yogic breathing exercises and their benefits. Introductory sessions include a custom blend of:
- Guided relaxation through breath.
- Light yoga and stretching.
- Insights into the nature of mind.
- Guided meditation.
- Question and answer session geared toward holistic healthy living.
