Now offering you the latest technology in fitness – Fitness-on-Demand!  With over 300+ fitness classes, including LES MILLS trademark virtual classes, such as SH’BAM™Fitness On Demand at MTVAC, MTVAC is the only health club in the DC Metro area currently offering this program.

What is it?

Fitness on Demand is group fitness, unlimited! This advanced system provides an option for taking group fitness classes when no actual class is scheduled. Classes can be individual or taken with others. Are you a cycle fan?  Now you can cycle in New Zealand – amazing cinematography takes you on an adventure while you get the workout of your life!

A true cinematic experience, an 120″ projection screen puts you in the action and provides clear details while expert instructors guide you.  They system is simple: you choose a class on the kiosk, the projector screen drops down, and the class begins!

Perfect for the busy parent, the employee who works late, or anyone who can’t make scheduled instructor-led fitness classes!

What Classes are Offered?

In addition to the 300+ classes that are part of Fitness-On-Demand’s platform, such as Daily Burn and Tabata, we also offer LES MILLS phenomenal trademark fitness classes.  Multilingual classes and age appropriate classes are also part of the unique mix of classes offered. Why Les Mills?

With LES MILLS virtual work-outs you are getting the cream-of-the-crop in fitness classes. So that you stay continually challenged and interested, LES MILLS programs are updated every three months with new choreography and music.  In addition, LES MILLS certified instructors are constantly educated so that they can offer you fresh, up to date, and current with research exercises!

How it Works

It’s simple: just pick, click, and play. Choose from an expansive library of group fitness classes, then press play; you’re set to take classes “on demand.”  Once you’ve selected your class, it will automatically start in just a few minutes so go into the group fitness room and get ready! The motorized screen will lower and the on-screen instructor starts the class. When the class is finished, the system automatically powers down!
