This interval based, circuit training class uses your own body weight as a tool to help you naturally increase your strength.  When you become familiar with exercises that utilize your own body weight, you can work out anywhere and you have the ability to  maintain your new transformed self even outside a group personal training environment.

Intensity Camp Group Personal Training at Mount Vernon Athletic Club

The Intensity Camp class is part of our small group personal training program – a specialized offering of classes that target people who want more personalized training than what is offered  in a large classroom setting, and costs significantly less than one-on-one training sessions.

By 6:00am you will have worked out harder than most people do in an entire week!
