A specially designed women’s fitness club that is a fat-burning combination of cardio & strength training and provides proper instruction for addressing the unique needs of a women’s physique.

Women’s Fit Club Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30am
Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm

Women’s Fitness is NOT just Cardio
Although we understand cardio is important, if you’re bored with your routine and doing the same workouts on the treadmill, stairmaster or elliptical, you’re NOT going to be successful. Why? You should be doing workouts that help you reach your goals and MAKE YOU HAPPY.
